Third Reich RAD 'ThankYou' Stickpin

Manufactured from a die struck bronze base that has been bronzed washed and contains red, white and black enamel work. The oval shaped obverse depicts a centrally placed downward pointing black spade shovel with a mobile swastika on it, and a wheat sheaf coming out of either side. This lies on a white background and is surrounded by “Arbeits Dank” (Work Gratitude) which is on a red pebbled background. The reverse has a soldered on round plate and knurled stickpin. It is also marked “Ges Gesch.”. The enamel work is in very good condition.
