Third Reich Bronze DRL Stickpin

Bronze class DRL (Deutscher Reichsbund für Leibesübungen - German National Union for Physical Training) Sports Badge Stickpin. Die struck bronze base,bronze washed and black burnished. The oval shaped obverse depicts a centrally placed “DRL” in stylized letters which is surrounded by an oak leaf wreath and is above a bannered swastika. The concave reverse is maker marked “Wernstein Jena” and has a soldered on barley twist pin. The face measures approximately 1/2 of an inch wide by 11/16 of an inch tall in diameter.
