Ww2 German Battalion Marked Schnapps Cup

A most unusual piece being marked to a corps rather than an individual, and would presumably have been used in an officers mess, forming part of the silverware for the battalion.Markings are 'Uffz.-Korps Fla.Rak. Btl.22'To the base is a makers mark of the letters WMF within a stylised square.A fascinating piece of history worthy of further research.
