Third Reich army Breast Eagle

Bullion embroidered eagle with outstretched wings looking to its left clutching a wreathed mobile swastika in its talons,the whole on a black backing approximately four inches by two inches. This cloth badge was part of a large collection of assorted militaria purchased some years ago. All the daggers in this collection proved to be of the period, and we have no reason to assume these badges are any different, however we have no expertise in this field and would be grateful for any information received.
