Sold
£298.00

Description

A Longines pocket chronograph supplied to the British Army in India, by the West End Watch Company, c.1914. According to Longines' archive records the watch was made in 1912. The watch is in working order and keeps time but while the sweeping chronograph hand operates, the minute recorder does not function. The watch has not been serviced. Cosmetically this Longines is in good condition, bearing a small broad arrow marking but this has been partly erased. Some edge hairlines are also present at the 7 and 40 second outer markers.
