1908 Boy Scout Whistle

An excellent and early Boy Scout whistle made by Hudsons, c.1908 and bearing their patent mark for that year. The mark relates to the cast solid brass top and swinging lanyard ring, which the company soon replaced with a simpler pressed and dished top. A collector grade example in proper working order that has a straight, dent free body, that has retained most of its factory black oxide finish.
