German WWII Army Officer Summer Weight Tunic, Smoke Troops

Original era manufacture. Pale feldgrau cotton tunic with a 1936 pattern green wool collar. The two upper pockets are pleated, the two lower pockets are not. Officers quality silver wire eagle has been hand sewn over the left pocket, with loops for a single award on the right pocket, and four on the left, with loops for a ribbon bar above. Machine sewn officers quality collar tabs piped in purple for Smoke troops, matching color, slip-on shoulder straps in the rank of Captain. No lining, never had one, with a very blurred inkstamp on the interior, which may be a Russian costume house property stamp. There is a crudely cut slit above the left lower pocket likely to fit a dagger hanger, although no strap clip is present. The coat shows fading where it should, and is in a small size, perhaps about a 34-36. My take on this tunic is that it is a put together piece, using original insignia throughout, and is priced accordingly. No major issues beyond normal age and wear.
