BRITISH Victorian Bullion Hat Badge (West Riding Regiment ?) This is a stunning Victorian period British badge in excellent condition. The motto in the base scroll reads “Virtutis Fortuna Comes”. I presume this worn by Officer's around the 1880s. It is padded bullion embroidered in excellent condition. It measures 68mm H x 71mm W.
