US WWI Trench Periscope

Original era manufacture. Olive green painted, wood construction Trench Periscope with an adjustable leg prop, and metal belt hook.The battlefield is viewed by the use of two opposing glassmirrors, one top, one bottom. A fairly crude design but it gets the job done.Sound condition,some of the silvering on the glass mirrors is lifting but you can still view through the periscope.
