Soviet WWII 2nd Class Order of the Patriotic War Serial 686867

Original era manufacture. Sterling silver medal with an applied gold hammer & sickle emblem at center, six digit serial number on its reverse 686867.  Screw disc on its reverse. WWII decoration which was worn with pride by its owner. No enamel damage to the star. Serial number range indicates in 1945.
