Rare white metal cap badge with two loops to the reverse,still affixed to a J.R.Gaunt & Son pre-production pattern card,with its lead seal. The card is dated 1971 and 'Conditionally Approved' as a notation to the reverse states that the 'cotter-pins must protrude 1/4 of an inch'
