British M1907 Enfield Bayonet & Scabbard, South African Police

Original era manufacture. Standard M1907 sixteen inch steel blade with a mix of blue and steel patina finish. Steel patina finish pommel and guard, with varnished wooden grips. 1907 blade date. On the obverse pommel are unit letters, SAP, South African Police.Rough texture dark leather scabbard with a metal throat and chape, with a green canvas frog. Traces of old tan paint remain on the metal portions of the scabbard.   Normal age and wear overall.
