Danish M1889 Krag-Jorganson Bayonet, WKC Manufacture

Original era manufacture. Bright and clean metal fittings with a clear WKC proof on the ricasso of the blade. Serial number 17876, and unit numbers, 10 R. 1764, handstamped into the pommel. The spring loaded lock tab on the pommel operates as it should, however the scabbard leather has shrunken a bit so it will no longer lock into position. A nice clean bayonet overall.
