WH (Heer) M42 'Drillich' NCO's Field Blouse

WH (Heer) M42 'Drillich' (HBT) NCO's Field Blouse (Feldbluse). The field blouse has four pockets with pointed flaps and field-grey finished, pebbled metal buttons. There is a six-button front closure using the same type of buttons. There is a lay flat collar with a metal hook and loop neck closure. The tunic has buttons and loops for slip-on shoulder boards. The field blouse is complete with an original machine-sewn BeVo-woven breast eagle, an original machine-sewn pair of collar tabs and silver NCO braid machine-sewn around the collar. The field blouse is having many award loops including loops for the German Cross in Gold The interior is unlined, with grey rayon used for reinforcements at the seams, the tunic doesn't have a bandage pocket. Recycled internal field blouse support straps have been used as well, you can still see a 1936 dated marking. The closure seam is marked with black ink size stamps (chest size 92cms), the field blouse is nicely maker marked by the company of 'E.Reitz' from Belgium. The field blouse is in overall very good condition. Great original 'Drillich' field blouse which will make a great display with awards added!
