United Nations delegates Lapel badge, first pattern ?

I purchased this badge many years ago in a collection of UN badges, this was labelled 'UN delegates Lapel badge first pattern circa 1946'. I have never seen another example and am happy that's what it must be, high quality blue enamel on silver made by Gaunt London
