Civil Defence Training Manual No.4 ' Incident Control '. 1943 published 74 page manual dealing with all aspects of controlling an incident, in other words an area/areas where bombs had fallen. This manual was aimed directly at Incident Officers who controlled the scene and reported directly back to the Controller. Illustrated with diagrams and sketches. Good, used but clean condition.
