WVS Civil Defence embroidered arm badge and area title for Cambridgeshire. Arm badge and area title embroidered on felt which replaced flannel from 1941 due to wartime shortages. The badge and Cambridgeshire title were worn low on the sleeve although the arm badge does appear both as a breast and beret/hat badge. Both items in unmothed condition with clear signs of having been removed from a uniform
