1943 Newton Abbot Wings for Victory tin badge.

Tin and card pin badge probably given in exchange for a contribution to the fund raised during Newton Abbot's Urban and Rural District Wings for Victory campaign held between the 10th and 17th of April 1943. Despite it's ' tired ' condition it is not commonly found.
