Comic Postcard featuring the work of Brian White ( born 1902; died 1984 ) who was a British cartoonist, creating 'The Nipper' for the Daily Mail between 1933 and 1947. This card published by Valentines features one of his trademark children in th blackout. Postally used but with a few mark, bumps , creases etc. Scarce. POSTFREE within UK
