Printed Lincoln 'Imp' introduced from mid-1941 for wear by all of the Lincolnshire Home Guard battalions. With a design based on a mediaeval sculpture commemorating the legend of the construction of Lincoln cathedral this badge was worn in place of the more usual battalion numbers and letters. In good, unused condition.
