Red Cross Agriculture Fund Junior Official Lapel Badge.

Based around the county committees of the NFU the War Organisation of the Red Cross & St.John raised funds through various events, horse shows, fetes, county shows etc. This gilt and enamel pin back badge by J.R.Gaunt, London is thought to be worn by junior officials administering the fund.
