Reads ' 0.25 L' and 685 V on bottom and measures 6' tall. Please see pictures. This is a historical piece, coming from Hitler's favorite hotel. It is silver-plated creamer and has a swastika on the bottom. This is from Adolf Hitler's favorite drinking spot/hotel 'Der Deutsche Hof' (German Court).
