Description

In pickled copper, voided, circa 47mm wide and 47mm tall, both lugs intact, slight service wear to these otherwise in very good condition. The Battalion was raised in the Counties of Beauharnois, La Prairie and Terrebonne, Quebec with mobilization headquarters at Montreal under the authority of G.O. 69, July 15, 1918. The commanding officer was Lieutenant-Colonel T. Pagnuelo. In Canada, the Battalion was absorbed into the 157th Infantry Battalion. Cox No 738 / Charlton p300 refer. Comm BoHa (487)
