Swiss WWII Wicker Ammunition Pannier

Original era manufacture. Typical Swiss quality, being a woven wicker ammunition pannier, as were borne on the sides of Mules in the mountains of Switzerland. Heavy duty construction, Measuring 18 x 13 x 14 inches, with a stout leather top securing strap. Inside are three compartments, the two side compartments are further divided into two. Heavy padded lining on the inside of the lid. Normal age and wear, it makes a great display piece. We've owned this for many years.
