French WWII Colonial Troops Coup-Coup Machete and Sheath

Original era manufacture. A very clean example with a maker marked blade, Laurec. It appears to have never been used, factory edge, showing minimal wear to the wooden grips. Comes with its original leather sheath which is inkstamped FRANCE on the belt loop. Scattered areas of staining and minor scuffing. Care must be taken when attempting to draw or insert the machete in the scabbard. The edge is very sharp, and the scabbard is a tight fit.
