Danish Late 19th, Early 20th Century Cavalry Officers Shako

Original era  manufacture. A nice quality piece of headgear in very sound condition, complete with the silver wire cap cords.Blue silk lining with a wide leather sweatband, and a clear makers logo in gold lettering inside. Black wool covered body with a bound edge black leather visor, and adjustable leather chinstrap.Bright fire gilded helmet plate with a red-white-red cockade above. The shako is quite sound for its age, exhibiting light age and wear.
