US WWI 1904 McClellan Saddle Horsehair Cinch

Original era manufacture. Braided horsehair cinch, with leather tabs and steel connecting rings. Maker marked Rock Island Arsenal. The leather tabs appear to have been dyed black at one point. Sound for display, fraying, with some fabric loss on the two vertical bands.
