Russian SSh40 Helmet

Russian / Soviet SSh40 (СШ-40) helmet. The helmet is showing various shades of period olive with dark green overpaint. The helmet is complete with its original liner and webbing chinstrap, there is a serial number in the back. The helmet is not visible dated but all material and construction looks correct for a wartime production helmet, approximately 1945. Hard to find original World War 2 Russian helmet in good used condition!
