Waffen-SS Medical Untersturmführer's Shoulder Boards

Waffen-SS Medical Untersturmführer's Shoulder Boards (Schulterstücke). The boards, which are constructed from black coloured 'smooth' type wool piped in blue as intended for a Waffen-SS medical (Sanitäts) Officer in the rank of 'Untersturmführer'. The boards are of the slip-on type and measure approximately 11cms in length. The cyphers are slightly mismatched but the pair was found as such and is clearly a matching pair and it is still visible how they have been tied together for many years. Nice original pair of Waffen-SS officer's shoulder-boards in very good condition!
