'Kart s.F.H.18' Ammunition Box

Wehrmacht 'Kart s.F.H.18' Ammunition Box (Munitionskiste), intended to hold 3 cartridges for the heavy field howitzer 18 (schwere Feldhaubitze 18). The wooden box still remains most of its original fieldgrey paint and is nicely stenciled on top with 'Kart s.F.H.18'. Original paper contents labels inside, dated 1944. The box is sized approximately 62 x 31 x 24 cms. This will be a great addition to a diorama. Decorative original ammunition box!
