SA/NSDAP RZM Marked Political Canteen

Political SA/NSDAP RZM marked M31 Canteen (Feldflasche 31). This equipment was most likely issued to the SA. The SA (Sturmabteilung) was originally formed in August 1921 as a protective guard unit for the political leaders of the NSDAP. The aluminum canteen and cap are 'M6/2/39' marked. The brown leather straps and felt cover are all in overall good used condition, the aluminum clip has been restored to the leather straps. The canteen is complete with its original black bakelite cup as found together. Scarce and hard to find original political canteen!
