US Navy Mark 1 Training Bayonet

US Navy USN Mark 1 Training Bayonet. These plastic training bayonets were manufactured in 1943 for use with the U.S. Navy Mark 1 Dummy Training Rifle. The bayonet is complete with the correct WWII Issue USN Mk1 scabbard. The bayonet is nicely maker marked wity 'PBC' indicating production by the 'Parris-Dunn Corporation' from Clarinda, Iowa. The scabberd retains most of its original olive-drab paint. Rare original training bayonet in very good condition!
