German WWII Heer Artillery Ordnance Officer Waffenrock, Dress Belt & Shoulder Cords*Christmas Price*

Original period manufacture. Regulation feldgrau dress coat with a dark green wool collar and matching cuffs. Trimmed in artillery red, with shoulder straps in the rank of an Oberleutnant displaying the crossed cannon emblems of an Ordnance officer. On the coat at the time of our purchase is a set of original aluminum wire dress cords, and at the waist a regulation pattern Heer officer dress belt. The collar tabs are machine-sewn to the collar, the officers quality bullion eagle is handsewn. The shoulder straps are original to the coat in my opinion, no evidence of them being replacements. The two-place ribbon bar was on the coat at the time of our purchase. There are a few scattered small moth bites on the body of the coat, nothing larger than a pencil point. Overall the coat remains very presentable with a very attractive age patina overall. Size about a 36
