German WWI M1916 Steel Helmet, ET64, Liner & Chinstrap

Original period manufacture. Original feldgrau paint on the helmet exterior and interior, unbroken leather chinstrap with brass connecting tabs, original brown leather liner and leather band. All of the original rivets are in place and are in the proper position with the thick rivet head at the rear. Clear makers initials E.T. and size mark 64 on the neck skirt. The leather pads are worn and torn in spots with several missing fingers, with the leather surface showing evidence of a leather dressing application done in the past. The helmet shell exterior has had a light cleaning done to the surface as stated by our seller.
