British Pre WWII Welsh Guards Martingale Badge

Original era manufacture. Not quite sure of this designation being proper, but was advised by our seller that this was a decoration for horse tack.Large stamped brass badge with a wide sheet brass slide on the reverse. Black leather backing with several broad arrow proofs, one of them has a 1939 date below. Normal age and wear.
