Early Luftwaffe buckle by Assmann & Sohn 1935

Very rare and early Luftwaffe buckle executed in aluminum. The buckle features a first pattern eagle, so called 'droop tail'. The catch on the reverse is typical known for the production of Assmann. The Leather tab shows a different manufacturer, and after some research this was actually the producer of the leather and not the buckle itself which was Assmann. The tab is dated 1935 and also has a LBA Luftwaffe acceptance stamp. This is a very rare and desirable buckle for a buckle collector. First time I offer such an early piece for sale.
