Original era manufacture. German pattern stamped brass enlisted buckle battlefield recovered in areas of the Brusilov offensive of 1916 where over 200000 Hapsburg soldiers were taken prisoner. Dark brass patina with light denting to the surface. Comes with an original clasp bearing the makers name of Adolf Muller Wien.
