Original era manufacture. Made in Korea for the US M1 Garand Rifle. Marked K-M5A1 on the guard. Clean, but mottled finish to the blade with some bumping on the spine near the guard. Sound black plastic grips with an operable lock button. Well used but serviceable US M8 scabbard made without a belt hook
