Original era manufacture. Late Japanese WWII Type 30 Bayonet and Scabbard, Kikari Seiki Seisakusho under Kokura, often referred to as Tokyo Hourglass by collectors.Blue finished blade, flat birdhead pommel, straight guard with non-contoured wooden grips. The blade is clean, made without fullers with no corrosion damage; serial number on the tang. Dark steel patina finish to the guard and pommel, sound non-contoured wooden grips displaying a single dent and staining. Clean steel scabbard with scattered denting.
