Australian WWII Military Forces Dress, ON SALE

This is the first Australian Military dress we have had. It is a large size 22 and very long. 46.5 inches long, 30 inch waist and 25 inch arms measured from the shoulder down. Belt is intact with hook and eye closures and buckle. All buttons are present and each say Australian Military Forces.The tag is dated 1943.The Australian Women's Army Service (AWAS was established in 1941 to release men from certain military duties for service with fighting units. By 1942 12,000 recruits had been enlisted and trained.
