Italian WWII Officers Sword, Engraved Blade

Original era manufacture. Plated steel blade measuring 33.5 inches in length, running fairly straight and true with just a hint of a bend to the right. Deeply etched panels of a floral design on each side. Minor staining and areas of plating lifting, no real corrosion issues.Matching finish guard, back strap and pommel, with the interior of the guard showing light surface corrosion. Black composition grip with finger grooves, no chips or cracks.Dent free steel scabbard with a matching finish, with scattered areas of staining and patina finish.
