Original period manufacture. Straight guard, bird head pommel, blue finished blade. A good bit of the original blue finish remains on the blade, with a period sharpened edge, and few nicks in the cutting edge at the point.Mix of blue and steel patina finish to the guard and pommel, original finish wooden grips, displaying marring and staining from age and wear.Steel patina finish scabbard with scattered denting along its length.
