Czech WWII Order of the White Lion, 2nd Class

Original era manufacture. A very handsome award, the highest award of Czechoslovakia and in this instance one conferred for military merit. 900 silver marked on its mounting pin, with a Prague maker name, beautiful red/blue enameled center on a silver starburst. Measures 55mm in width. Many of these were awarded to senior Allied military leaders at the close of WWII.
