Brazilian M1908 Mauser Bayonet & Scabbard

Original era manufacture. An Imperial German era quality manufacture bayonet, made for export. Polished steel blade, with an upswept quillon and steel pommel, sound, original finish wooden grips. Serial number 8929 stamped into the guard. The blade surface is very clean,  with cross-grain polish visible no staining or surface corrosion. Very nice black leather bodied scabbard. Blue steel throat and chape, with some very light surface corrosion, which should clean easily.Overall I would say this bayonet likely saw little service use, storage and handling wear only
