German 1880's 71-84 Issue Bayonet, Alexander Coppel Mfg.

Original era manufacture. Issue marked 71-84 bayonet without a muzzle ring, stamped Crown W 87 on the spine, with Imperial crown proofs on the pommel and base of the tang.Clean, polished steel blade without issues, unit marked on the guard 1.R.E.1.112. Clean original wooden grips with a clean-out hole on each side.Sound black leather bodied scabbard with steel patina finish to the chape and scabbard throat, two Imperial proofs on the top of the throat surface.Original WWI era brown leather frog in sound condition.
