British WWI, 1902-1914 Full Dress Drummers Tunic,

Original era manufacture. Very ornate tunic of scarlet wool with kings lace and trim throughout. Down the front of the tunic are four general service buttons, however on the rear skirt and epaulettes are regimental buttons of the Royal East Kent Regiment, The Buffs. Inside the interior pocket are an additional five regimental buttons and two hooks for the neck closure.The colors are bright and clean, with minor staining around the buttonholes from the brass buttons. Partial interior as shown with an old tag just below the collar. Small size of course, looks to be about a 36.
