French Second Empire M1860 Shako Plate, 23rd Regiment

Original era manufacture. A stamped brass eagle plate as worn on the M1860 enlisted shako, with cutout numbers for the 23rd regiment.Clean condition with a nice brass patina, minor denting from age and use, mounting tab removed.
