Stunning Southern Front Camo Paratrooper Helmet, FJ

This strikingly camouflaged Fallschirmjäger helmet speaks for itself in originality and camo appeal. The shell is an ET68, with head size 57 liner. The liner, pads, straps are undisturbed and the helmet is well marked. There is an inscription 'Uffz. Grollmus' near the center of the liner. The early spanner bolts are completely undisturbed inside and out, and the straps are supple and complete, with the exception of the snap tab and friction gripper coming detached. These are present, and complete, as shown in the pictures. The camouflage scheme appears to have started out as tan only, then brown and a hint of green were added later, in a lesser quality paint that has worn some. It is not common to find a true southern front FJ like this, and it would grace the best FJ collection. COA accompanies.
