Early M33 SS dagger by Gottlieb Hammesfahr from LAH SS officer Fritz Vogel – Published

From my personal collection: genuine M33 pattern black colored SS dagger in good condition. The SS dagger is an early example with nickel parts and has roman number II on the cross guard. Wooden grip in very good condition with original SS pastille and nickel eagle, both showing nice ageing and patine. The blade is stunning and maker marked by Gottlieb Hammesfahr, Solingen-Foche. The front of the blade shows the SS motto Meine Ehre heist Treue, etched on it. Genuine anodized scabbard, complete with original black finish intact. Comes with its original leather vertical hanger. The dagger came directly from the family of Leibstandarte Adolf Hitler 'LAH' SS-Hauptsturmführer Fritz Vogel, we sold many of his belongings a long time ago in the past. This dagger was kept by the family for a long time and then I kept it for a while myself. Comes with the original leather bag that the family used to preserve the dagger.The dagger was published in the famous dagger books of Ralf Siegert as well.Solid early SS dagger with no remarks, a true investment piece that looks great! One of the better SS daggers I've seen in the past few years.
