Japanese, WWII Imperial Navy Sailor 'Donald Duck' Hat, Issue Tag

Original period manufacture. Dark blue wool top with a removable black silk cap tally with gold painted kanji. Black cotton lining with a white issue tag sewn into the lining. No moth issues, missing the thin elastic chinstrap as usual.
